Terms of Service
1. The "Free Sample First" Commitment
Atelier Web operates on a unique "see the sample before you pay" model:
- We build an initial concept or sample website tailored to your business profile with zero upfront deposit and zero financial obligation.
- If you decide not to proceed after reviewing the initial sample, you owe nothing.
- You are under no contractual obligation until you explicitly approve the concept and agree to commission the complete project.
2. Engagement & Project Scope
Once you approve the initial sample, we define the formal scope of work:
- Starter Package (Rs. 35,000–42,000): Single-page layout featuring comprehensive sections (menu/services, contact, location, mobile optimization).
- Standard Package (Rs. 53,000–72,000): Multi-page architecture (Home, About, Services, Contact, and custom content).
- Premium Package (Rs. 86,000–105,000): High-end custom design, interactive animations, custom layouts, and priority development.
- Add-On Modules: Features such as booking systems, carts, admin panels, domain/hosting configuration, and multilingual support are billed as line items per our published schedule.
3. Payment Terms & Options
To give every client complete confidence and security:
- Direct Payment: Settled upon agreed milestones as work progresses.
- Fiverr Escrow Protection: International or local clients who prefer third-party buyer protection may commission and fund orders directly via our official Fiverr Profile (atelier_web_lk), where funds remain securely held in escrow until final milestone delivery.
4. Client Assets & Delivery Timelines
Project turnaround begins upon receipt of all necessary content (photos, copy, menus, credentials). While we assist with content structure, timely delivery depends on prompt client feedback. Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days depending on package complexity; 2-day rush delivery is available with a 25% surcharge.
5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment in full:
- You receive complete, unencumbered ownership of all custom website code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and graphical assets prepared specifically for your site.
- You are free to host your website on any server, Netlify, cloud provider, or domain registrar without vendor lock-in.
- Third-party components, open-source libraries, and photography licenses remain subject to their respective terms.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
Every completed project includes 2 weeks of complimentary post-launch support and bug fixes to ensure smooth operation. Ongoing monthly maintenance and content updates can be retained optionally thereafter.
7. Limitation of Liability
Atelier Web creates websites to industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific sales quotas, search engine ranking algorithms, or third-party uptime (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways). Total liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
